I received a message from Lucia Clerici (APCS member) about a friend of hers who has been collecting jewelry designs for years. These designs included purse frames. This is the message from Lucia:
Hello, a German friend of mine who collects original jewelry designs. At my request he produced a DVD with 1100 images of handbags and purse clasps from the 20s to the 40s by Pivier (France), I am sending you some photos so that you can see what am I talking about. I find it very interesting as well as pleasant, to classify our treasures. He just posts pictures and what they are, he's not a purse collector.
