Celluloid Figural Cat & Mouse Frame

Celluloid frame with oriental-looking cat, deciding which of four mice he wants to chase! The body of the purse is a black silk. The interior of the frame has “48” stamped on two sides of the frame, as well as underneath the cat’s body. Inside lining seems to be linen, there is a ruched border and an attached mirror. The purse is in excellent condition.
