For Mom: Iroquois beaded box / purse from Niagara Falls area

This is a picture of my grandmother Erma and grandfather Tony on their honeymoon in 1944. My grandfather was home on leave from the Army after serving in World War II when they got married. This purse / box belonged to my grandmother. It was purchased while they were on their honeymoon. The purse / box is an Iroquois beaded souvenir from the Niagara Falls area. To learn more about these bags, I recommend reading A Cherished Curiosity: The Souvenir Beaded Bag In Historic Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) Art.
