 Historical treasure - small beaded purse has a lot of detail and highlights the French Revolution.  On February 25, 1848 the French provisional government, following the February Revolution (also known as the French Revolution), decreed the "right to work" and established "National Workshops" to address unemployment, sparking a wave of revolutions across Europe.
